Carley joined Manna Tree in 2019 and currently serves as Vice President, Investments. She specializes in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities while driving value creation initiatives within the firm’s portfolio.
Carley is deeply motivated by Manna Tree’s mission to foster healthier lifestyles and believes in the transformative power of health and wellness as foundational to long-term vitality. Her dedication to this vision is reflected in her certification as an Integrative Health Coach, where she continually explores the latest health advancements.
As an early team member, Carley played an instrumental role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy and supporting broader organizational growth. Before joining Manna Tree, she was part of KPMG’s Transaction Services group within the Deal Advisory practice, where she advised on large healthcare transactions. She earned both a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting and a Master of Accounting (MAcc) from Texas Christian University, later earning her designation as a Certified Public Accountant.
Based in Vail, Colorado, Carley is inspired by the area’s vibrant mountain lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, hunting, and rafting, fully embracing the active outdoor community.
