Jennifer Roach joined Manna Tree in 2026 as Managing Director, Buyout Team. She brings deep consumer-focused investment expertise to support Manna Tree’s mission of investing in transformative companies across the health and wellness ecosystem. In this role, she partners with founders and management teams to identify exceptional companies, support operational excellence, and drive long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Manna Tree, Jennifer spent over a decade at Yellow Wood Partners, a consumer-focused private equity firm with $2.4B AUM. During her tenure, she worked across sourcing, diligence, financing, and portfolio value creation initiatives in consumer sectors including beauty and personal care, health and wellness, and active lifestyle investments. Her experience included work related to PDC Brands; Future Beauty Brands; Scholl’s Wellness Company, formed through carveout transactions involving from both Bayer AG and Reckitt; and Beacon Wellness Brands.
Jennifer also spent a year embedded in a portfolio company operating role, serving as Director of Business Transformation and Ecommerce Manager at the Scholl’s Wellness Company, where she helped launch the brand’s direct-to-consumer platform and supported the development of key business infrastructure during the company’s transition to independent ownership.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer was an analyst at Analysis Group, a leading economic consulting firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rochester, where she also studied jazz piano at the Eastman School of Music.
Jennifer is based in San Francisco, California, though she retains a deep fondness for New England, where she spent nearly 15 years. She embodies an active lifestyle and is more likely to be found on one of her bikes than on foot, whether climbing mountain roads or exploring trails. She is also an avid skier, swimmer, and developing golfer, and is a firm believer in the power of time spent outdoors.
