Jack Fochtman is an Associate on the Investments team at Manna Tree, where he brings transaction execution and financial analysis experience to the firm’s health and wellness portfolio.
Prior to joining Manna Tree, Jack worked in Investment Banking at Piper Sandler on the Services & Industrials M&A team, where he supported the execution of numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions. He developed deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal process management across a range of business services and industrial companies, advising clients across the full transaction lifecycle from pitch through close. He is excited to bring his transaction experience to Manna Tree, where he supports investments in businesses that reflect his personal passion for health and wellness, nutrition, and food systems.
Jack holds a BA in Quantitative Economics and German from St. Olaf College. In his free time, he enjoys competitive distance running, bouldering, following health and wellness innovations, snowboarding, and exploring Minneapolis’s restaurant scene.
