About

Grace Zuncic joined Manna Tree in 2024 as Managing Director of Human Talent. In this role, she strengthens the firm’s ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent in support of Manna Tree’s mission to invest in transformative companies across the health and wellness ecosystem. 

Grace’s leadership is rooted in building inclusive, mission-driven organizations and creating transformational employee experiences. Her work spans talent and organizational development, total rewards, sustainability, and corporate strategy, with a particular passion for operating at the intersection of purpose, performance, and culture in high-growth environments. 

Prior to joining Manna Tree, Grace served as Chief People and Impact Officer and Senior Advisor at Cotopaxi, where she led the company’s people strategy, sustainability efforts, and philanthropic initiatives during a period of significant growth. She continues to support the company’s mission as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cotopaxi Foundation, which is dedicated to eradicating poverty in our lifetimes. 

Earlier in her career, Grace spent more than a decade at Chobani, holding multiple executive roles on the Executive Leadership Team, including Chief People and Culture Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, and Chief of Staff and Strategy. In these roles, she played a pivotal part in shaping Chobani’s people, talent, and business strategy as the company scaled globally. She also served on the Board of Directors for Chobani Australia from 2016 to 2022. Grace began her career as an investment advisor at Goldman Sachs. 

Grace currently serves as an independent board member of King Arthur Baking Company, a Manna Tree board representative for Good Culture, and an executive member of Boston College’s Wall Street Business Leadership Council.  

She earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Boston College and received her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she served as Co-President of the Outdoors Club. Grace has been recognized as one of Board Prospects’ Top 100 Exceptional Private Company Board Members, and has been a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women community. 

Grace resides in Larchmont, New York, with her husband, Eric, and their two children. Outside of work, she is an avid runner, baker, skier, and active community volunteer.
