Enrique is currently CEO of Aires de Campo, Mexico’s Leading Organic Food Manufacturer, which has a hands-on development of rural communities as suppliers of organic food products.
Enrique has a Master in Business Administration at IMD in Lausanne Switzerland and a BA in International Business at Anahuac University in Mexico City. He has mainly developed his career within Grupo Herdez where he has held responsibilities in Sales, Trade, Marketing, and Finance. He worked in McCormick and Company in Baltimore, USA working in Band Management and Innovations.
Previous experience includes Co-CEO of Grupo Colibri – property of Grupo Herdez – where he managed teams in different industries such as packaging for consumer goods. Currently Enrique holds seats in Administrative committees within Grupo Herdez as well as board seats in McCormick of Mexico, Grupo Colibri, and Aires de Campo. He also served on the board of Niagara Waters Mexico and as an advisor to Advent International Corporation.
