Manna Tree Partners, an investment firm that invests in companies focused on health and wellbeing, today announced that Pamela (Pam) Shepherd has joined the firm as a Director on the investment team. She works on deal sourcing, due diligence and transactions. Ms. Shepherd leverages her knowledge of consumer markets and global supply chains to source investments and help portfolio companies create value. Ms. Shepherd came to Manna Tree from The Boppy Company and is based in Vail, Colorado.

“Pam’s deep consumer sector and supply chain experience complement the team well. We are building an organization that can drive significant outcomes for our portfolio companies and fund investors. We are pleased to welcome Pam to Manna Tree,” said Ross Iverson, CIO and Co-Founder of Manna Tree Partners.

Pam Shepherd said, “This is an incredibly rare opportunity to be on the ground floor of a movement committed to improving people’s health and wellbeing. Manna Tree’s emphasis on supply chains is at the heart of how we will revolutionize the growing, delivery, and consumption of food in the U.S. and globally. I am so excited to join Gabrielle, Ross, Brent, and the entire Manna Tree team.”

Ms. Shepherd earned her Master of Science in Finance from the University of Denver and her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado.

In April 2020 Manna Tree Partners announced the final close of its first fund, Manna Tree Partners Fund I, L.P., at $141.5 million.
