Erin Lambroza joined Manna Tree in 2025 as Director, Investments on the Investments team. She brings nearly a decade of experience across private equity, growth equity, and M&A, with a consistent focus on the consumer sector. Her investment philosophy is grounded in the belief that access to healthier, more sustainable lifestyle choices should be both scalable and inclusive.
Prior to Manna Tree, Erin was at L Catterton, where she helped launch and scale an early-growth investment platform focused on health and wellness. During her tenure, she led investments in companies including WTHN, Alice Mushrooms, Stripes Beauty, and Cionic—serving on multiple boards and supporting each business across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence to portfolio strategy and value creation.
Before L Catterton, Erin spent nearly four years at Blackstone, where she held roles across Blackstone Growth and Blackstone Capital Partners. At Blackstone Growth, she played a key role in developing thematic investment theses across the consumer landscape and leading end-to-end deal execution. Earlier in her career at Blackstone Capital Partners—the firm’s flagship private equity fund—she focused on large-cap transactions across a range of sectors. Erin began her career in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at J.P. Morgan in New York.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Operations, Information & Decisions.
She lives in New York City with her fiancé, Eric, and is a passionate advocate for movement, performance, and balance. Outside of work, she enjoys athletic Pilates, strength training, and running in Central Park—and makes time to hike whenever she’s on the West Coast. When she’s not active, she’s likely immersed in a great book or wandering one of New York’s world-class museums.
